Salasar, Cremant de Limoux: This highly effervescent bubbly is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% mix of Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc. It has notes of honey, baguette and lemon zest.
Freres Carod Pet Nat: Using ‘method ancestral’, this sparkling wine from the Rhone is light and grapey, with floral citrus notes and a lovely mousse.
Bisol Valdobbiadene Jeio Prosecco: With its fresh personality and decisive notes of golden apple, citrus, and spring blossom. this wine is fine and lively.
Jacques Bruere Cap Classique Brut Reserve: This wine spends 96 months on it’s lees which is what gives it it’s magic. Rich and buttery, with notes of nuttiness, a very impressive wine.
Los Haroldos Extra Brut: An extra dry sparkling wine from Argentina, it has a slight cream texture, and is filled with bright, citrus, stone and tropical fruits.
