Whitby Gin - Wild Old Tom

This gin takes you back to the Vicotrian era of gin, created with gorse and gooseberry to bring light vanilla notes and a subtle hint of fruitness. Serve with lemon, fresh mint and tonic for a slightly 'wilder' G&T.
