This wine is a classic example of the wine from Alsace. It has notes of lemon, grapefruit, green apple and white flowers on the nose. On the palate it is medium bodied, with good acidity and classic Alsace minerality. This is a great wine for food pairing as it will work with so many things. However, one really helpful one as it can be a difficult pairing is spicy food, particularly Indian and Thai spices.
