The guys at Sloemotion have produced a beautiful product with their Hedgerow gin, inspired by the hedgerows of North Yorkshire. It is dry but with a delightfully light, fruity smoothness. 
 
Perfectly paired with tonic water, a slice of apple and thyme and lots of ice.
