Predominately Merlot, with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon added, this wine has beautiful red fruit aromas with hints of liquorice and rose. On the palate it is juicy, with plummy fruit seasoned by complex, cedar oak flavours, leading to a long, refined finish.
 
This wine would be a great accompaniment with beef, game or poultry.
