Tasting Note: Deep red color with violet hues. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by fresh red fruits like strawberries and blackberries and also showing notes from ageing in oak barrels. Round and ripe tannins are well integrated and the result is a wine with a fresh, soft and elegant finish. Similar in style to a Bordeaux or new world Cabernet Sauvignon.
Food Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to a BBQ, this wine will work wonderfully with burgers or steaks. Also great with a selection of cheeses.
