To make this gin, sloe berries are steeped in a high ABV gin for 6 months and then decanted back into the still and laced with liquorice Root for 24 hours. It is then redistilled meaning there isn't a strong juniper taste with this gin. 

Best served over ice, with tonic and a garnish of a ruby red cherries for sweetness (and the beautiful colour).
