Rare Bird Rhubarb and Ginger Gin

This is the second edition of the Rare Bird Gin, made just up the road from us with a quintessentially Yorkshire flavour. There is no added sugar to this gin, giving it a stronger flavour. 
 
Serve with a slice of orange, over ice with tonic.
