Overlaid, it has signature botanicals of sweet Hawthorn Berries, Billberries, peaty, earthy Bog Myrtle, home grown garden Thyme with a gentle hint of fresh lemon citrus.
 
Best served over ice, with tonice and a garnish of a fresh sprig of Thyme or Rosemary.
