This wine stands out for its tropical aromas, fruit and fennel. This is made possible by the fermentation being done at a very low temperature. Made from the Verdejo grape, it is intense, fresh and elegant with good acidity. The grapes are grown at an average of 800m altitude, which favours freshness in the wine.
