The Domain de Valmoissine is located 500m above sea level, guaranteeing sunshine in the summer and cool nights - perfect for Pinot Noir. The yield is small in order to ensure perfect maturity and concentration of the grapes. 
 
This is a fruity wine, offering a soft and silky palate with soft tannins, pairing perfectly with grilled red meat and cheese.
